Large & Specialty Items (Saunas, Paddle Boards, Fitness Equipment & Similar)
Oversized and specialty items are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. These items may have extended delivery windows of 10–21 business days. Any visible damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Return shipping for large items is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
