Delivery Times:

- International: Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing
Large & Specialty Items (Saunas, Paddle Boards, Fitness Equipment & Similar)
Large and oversized items are shipped directly by our supplier partners and may require 10 to 21 business days for delivery. You will be notified with tracking information and any additional delivery instructions once your order is dispatched.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to shipping carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Risk of Loss: All risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You will always receive tracking information regardless of the fulfillment source — some partners even include thank-you notes and exclusive coupons!
